Bauer Media Group is a multinational media company which is based in Hamburg, Germany. This media group operates in 15 countries around the world and the circulation of their magazine titles add up to 38 million magazines a week. The company was founded in 1875 and is privately owned and managed by the Bauer family.

Here are a few magazine titles they produce:

- Kerrang (40,203 Circulation, 387,000 Readership)

- Q (64,596 Circulation, 371,000 Readership)

- Grazia (190,053 Circulation, 453,000 Readership)

- Empire (167,096 Circulation, 835,000 Readership)

- Closer (430,918 Circulation, 1,552,000 Readership) 

Bauer Media Group are a very big company who produce a collection of Britain's most well known and loved magazines, radio channels and TV channels. This company focus a lot on music with magazines such as Q and Kerrang. Bauer also have their own music channel called 'Box Television' that shows the best and newest music around at the time.

For my magazine I will use Bauer Magazine as my producer, as I think that there is a gap in their genres for an indie magazine. My magazine will showcase new talent coming up and some of the best indie and alternative acts out there now.
